Comparative Study of Three SAW Configurations for Temperature Sensing

چکیده
This paper demonstrates three SAW configurations' electrical and mechanical behaviors: a one-port resonator, two-port delay line that works as temperature sensors of around 440 MHz characteristic frequencies. We investigate the sensitivity for temperatures up to 200 °C. A linear behavior frequency shift versus is observed; resulting evaluated at 22.74 ppm/°C 23.17 3.83 ns/°C structure. The electromechanical coupling coefficient (k2) 0.492 % line, 0.489 0.55% resonator. quality factor QFactor calculated from Y11 input admittance 2858 2977 2903 optimized piezoelectric layer thickness value, one port hAlN=1.5µm.
